About the Role
California Trailers is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join its growing Sacramento team. This role offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with earning potential directly tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their trailer and hauling needs
- Guide customers through product options and recommend the best solutions
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Manage the sales process from first contact through delivery
- Present dealership products, services, accessories, and financing options
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records
- Utilize Microsoft Office and dealership systems for communication and reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
- Represent the California Trailers brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications
- Passion for sales and customer service

- Previous dealership, automotive, RV, trailer, equipment, or retail sales experience is preferred but not required
