About the Role

Lavender Bakery & Desserts is a growing food and beverage business committed to offering high-quality baked goods and desserts in a welcoming, customer-focused environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Handle basic point-of-sale and order-entry tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and seating areas.
• Coordinate product displays.
• Replenish stock on shelves.
• Assist with packaging and delivery dispatch.
• Support safe and efficient movement of goods within the premises.
• Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Computer Literacy for point-of-sale systems and digital order/inventory tools.
• Basic understanding of Aircraft and Aviation concepts (if applicable).
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
