About the Role

As an Operations Intern at Edvexa, you will work closely with the core team to support day-to-day business operations, coordinate activities, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to the growth of our EdTech platform. This opportunity is ideal for freshers, students, and recent graduates who want hands-on startup experience and the opportunity to build a career in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Assist in managing educational content, question banks, and mock-test operations.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Support student onboarding, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Support new initiatives, campaigns, and platform launches.

Qualifications

• Freshers, final-year students, and recent graduates from any discipline.
• Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Individuals comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and digital tools.
• Self-motivated individuals with problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates interested in startups, EdTech, and business operations.
• Individuals willing to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Compensation & PPO

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: Unpaid
• Internship Certificate: Provided upon successful completion of the internship.
• Practical Experience: Opportunity to work on real operational projects within a growing EdTech startup.
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Exceptional interns who consistently outperform expectations may be considered for a full-time opportunity after completing 3 months.
• PPO Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA CTC for candidates selected for full-time employment.
• PPO is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance, demonstrated capabilities, business requirements, and final management evaluation.
