About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with customers, and drive sales conversions. The role involves promoting insurance products and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats and schedule visits.
• Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bike and Driving License (Mandatory)
• Working Days: 6 days working with roster off.
• Immediate joiners required.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: 3 - 4.2 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowances
