About the Role

Patrick Industries is seeking applications for a hands-on, Leadership Development Program, called IMPACT. This one-year program is designed to equip early-career talent for potential future leadership roles in Operations and Finance. The program offers a unique opportunity to experience various facets of the organization, gaining exposure to different functional areas and business units while delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a series of well-structured assignments and projects across key business units or market segments.
• Work on hands-on, value-add projects that directly impact the success of the organization.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to tackle complex challenges.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities through formal training, mentorship, and coaching.
• Be paired with a Mentor who will provide guidance, support, and valuable insights.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduation date from an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program between May 2025 and May 2027.
• Prior internship or work experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the duration of the program.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortability in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• High attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically.
