Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
About the Role
- Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
- Shape the future of shopping experiences and deliver on the purpose of connecting people with products and experiences that enrich their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps.
- Reset shelves with product rotation.
- Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer Interaction: Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently.
- Successful team building skills.
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
