About the Role
Central Transport is seeking an entry-level, aggressive, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Recruiter for its Warren, MI headquarters. This role focuses on recruiting for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, and other roles within your given region.
- Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, and conducting final interviews.
- Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
- Internal data maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
- Daily administrative functions as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, human resources, management, operations, or transportation field.
- High aptitude for technology.
- Strong skill sets with Microsoft applications.
- Strong detail orientation and self-motivation.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Workday, Indeed, and/or Ten Street is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary.
- Up to $300 per hire.
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $100,000.
