Retail Merchandiser

About the Role

We want you to help us shape the future of shopping experiences and deliver on our purpose of connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed
• 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

Qualifications
