Retail Sales Associate, Valley Fair (FT)

About the Role

Therabody is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves contributing to an environment where brand ambassadors are empowered to deliver market-leading engagement with guests. The Retail Wellness Specialist will work one-on-one with consumers, providing an educational experience in wellness, and serving as a connection point for the community to drive brand immersion and build community.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate Therabody’s values and brand philosophy to all guests.
• Create an excellent consumer experience and promote an efficient and inclusive retail environment.
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products in the Therabody family while engaging with guests.
• Participate in events outside of the store when applicable.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to daily tasks, including restocking inventory, cleaning, answering calls, and other assigned projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail knowledge in using Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience within the health and wellness field.
• A curious mind who is eager to learn and help others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs.
• The ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Preferred but not required: a current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE, or applicable university degree (i.e., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.)
