The Embark Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Field Marketing Assistant to represent client brands and engage with customers through face-to-face experiences. This role focuses on bringing brands to life in various field settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent established brands in retail stores, at events, and at stadium and pop-up activations.
• Introduce products and services to customers and answer their questions.
• Help interested customers sign up and track the results of each campaign.
• Support campaign setup and maintain a professional brand presentation.
• Learn how campaigns are planned, measured, and improved.
• Take part in regular coaching on marketing, sales, and communication.

• Interested in marketing, sales, or business, and eager to learn by doing.
• Confident and friendly with new people.
• Motivated by goals and keen to see measurable results.
• Organized, reliable, and professional.
• No marketing experience is needed; full training is provided.
