About the Role
The Fine Art Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves planning and conducting fine art and painting classes, workshops, and studio sessions for learners of different ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting fine art and painting classes, workshops, and studio sessions.
- Designing lesson plans.
- Demonstrating techniques.
- Providing individualized guidance.
- Supporting participants in developing their artistic skills and creative confidence.
- Preparing materials and studio spaces.
- Maintaining art supplies.
- Researching new methods and trends in fine art.
- Contributing to the development of art-focused programs and events.
- Collaborating with other instructors and staff to create an inclusive, engaging, and safe environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Fine Art and Painting, with the ability to teach foundational and advanced techniques.
- Skills in Art and Animation to support diverse creative projects and visual storytelling.
- Research skills to explore new artistic methods, materials, and curriculum ideas.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to instruct, mentor, and engage participants.
- Experience in facilitating group workshops or classes, with a focus on hands-on, studio-based learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for workshops and events, is preferred.
Qualifications
- Formal training or a degree in Fine Arts or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience working in studio environments, art centers, or educational settings is an advantage.
