This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support community programs.
• Assist in planning and executing events.
• Maintain clear communication with partners, participants, and internal teams.
• Organize schedules.
• Handle registrations.
• Document activities.
• Prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Ensure participants have a positive and inclusive experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic administrative and documentation skills.
• Comfort with common office software.
• Report preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Relevant skills such as customer or community service experience, adaptability in fast-paced settings, and a demonstrated commitment to social impact are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
