About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of residential and commercial projects.
- Create architectural designs.
- Produce detailed drawings.
- Coordinate project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Participate in project management tasks.
- Maintain project documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, focusing on innovative and functional spaces.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to digital design and architectural software tools.
- Knowledge of Project Management, including task coordination, deadline adherence, and communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Understanding of material selection and construction processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
