They offer outsourced solutions in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO/MSP), along with workforce strategy, solutions, and operations with specialist industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and Selection: Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies.
- Social Media Engagement: Actively use social media, creating posts and video material for company channels.
- CV Formatting.
- Candidate Interviewing: Interviewing candidates and preparing interview notes.
- Client Submissions: Submit suitable candidates' CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframes.
- Interview Arrangements: Arrange interviews upon client request.
- Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Client Feedback: Obtain feedback on candidates from clients.
- Offer Negotiation: Act as a key contact in negotiations between clients and successful candidates on job offers.
- Candidate Marketing: Proactively market existing hot candidates.
- Job Logging: Log jobs onto websites.
- Business Development: Be aware of new business potential.
- Database Management: Add and update candidates on Bullhorn.
- Job Advertisement Writing.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and contractors.
- Database Updating: Update interview and vacancy databases.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting to Fircroft.
- Company Branding.
