Location: Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata
Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM, 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
Drop facility will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source and screen applicants through USA job portals & other professional networks.
- Shortlist relevant resumes.
- Cold calling.
- Send emails and follow-ups.
- Explain training details.
- Maintain records of all candidates during recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
