UI/UX Designer (Internship)

About the Role

This is a remote UI/UX Designer Internship with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month. The intern will work directly with the founder and development team to design and improve the user experience of Gogaga's web application.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Designing dashboards, onboarding flows, and AI-powered conversational interfaces.
• Maintaining design consistency.
• Collaborating with developers to implement designs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, user flows, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills, with attention to typography, spacing, layout, and consistency.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for web applications.
• Ability to translate rough ideas and requirements into polished designs.
• Comfortable working independently, incorporating feedback quickly, and managing short turnaround times.
• Good communication skills and responsiveness during agreed working hours.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities is mandatory. Academic and personal projects are welcome.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, AI products, or working with design systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.

Internship Details

• Location: Remote (India)
• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
• Ideal Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Working hours are flexible, but candidates should be available for quick discussions and design iterations during mutually agreed hours.
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative startup with direct access to the founder and engineering team.
• Expectations: Strong ownership, responsiveness, quick turnaround on design tasks, and the ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback.
