Associate Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site position in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals with an interest in frontend and backend development, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, automation, and modern full stack software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.
• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve:

• Enterprise platforms
• Automation solutions
• Internal digital systems

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, PHP, Go.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with package management and build tools like npm, yarn, pnpm, Maven, Gradle, Vite, Webpack, Babel.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and contribute to practical, responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure full stack solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software engineering practices.

• Database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic data-access concepts.

• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks.

• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Basic understanding of Linux, application deployment, hosting, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production support concepts.
• Microservices architecture, distributed systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven applications.
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Application performance optimization, database tuning, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, scalability, reliability, observability, and troubleshooting.
• UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and translating designs into functional interfaces.
• Dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, reporting systems, automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, or enterprise applications.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates without previous full-time full stack development experience can also apply.
• Internship, academic project, full stack project, frontend project, backend project, web application, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
