About the Role

• Full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, enterprise platforms, automation solutions, and internal digital systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.
• Translate business, design, and technical requirements into practical, responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure full stack solutions.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
• Basic to good knowledge of one or more backend technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, PHP, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Basic to good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

• Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js or similar.
• Backend Frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET or similar.

• Security Concepts: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, XSS prevention, CSRF protection.
• Performance Optimization: Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, caching, scalability.
• UI/UX Principles: Familiarity with Figma, design systems, translating designs into functional interfaces.
• Application Types: Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, reporting systems, enterprise applications.
• Automation & Data: Exposure to automation, scripting, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI.
• Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates currently working as Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Web Developer, Web Software Engineer, Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Java Full Stack Developer, MERN Stack Developer, MEAN Stack Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
