Technical Sales Consultant Navi Mumbai

About the Role

As a Tech Consultant Intern at Bitsparx, you will gain hands-on experience in web development, technical consulting, business development, and sales. You will work towards connecting client needs with suitable technology solutions while developing your communication, consulting, and sales skills. This is a full-time, on-site internship in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. You will collaborate with development and business teams on live client projects. Based on your performance, you may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Assist senior developers with debugging, testing, and documenting code.
• Participate in client discussions and understand business requirements.
• Identify potential leads.
• Assist with sales outreach and follow-ups.
• Help prepare technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand client requirements, solve problems, and interpret technical and business information.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams, interact with clients, and explain technical solutions.
• Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of full-stack development, particularly HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Sales & Business Development: Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, client engagement, and follow-ups, with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand business challenges and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions.
• Work Availability: Comfortable working on-site in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Monday to Saturday.
• Additional Skills: Curiosity to learn, attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
• Education: Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
