About the Role

Envida Social is seeking a Jr Social Media Copywriter to join their growing, fast-paced, energetic, and creative team. This is a production-driven role with a focus on AI. Success is rooted in efficiency, clarity, and attention to detail. The position is remote, requiring residency in Arizona, Texas, or Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit social media captions across multiple accounts on a recurring production schedule.
• Follow brand voice guidelines and client-specific requirements.
• Ensure all copy is grammatically correct, compliant, and aligned with Fair Housing standards.
• Implement SEO keywords where applicable.
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.
• Manage deadlines across multiple properties and content calendars.
• Identify minor opportunities for caption optimization while maintaining template integrity.

• Consistently meets production quotas.
• Maintains high accuracy with minimal revisions needed.
• Demonstrates strong proofreading skills.
• Writes clearly within established voice frameworks.
• Communicates proactively about workload and timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in AI.
• Familiarity with structured workflows.
• Ability to produce consistent, accurate content at scale.
• Ability to balance creativity with compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social media marketing (preferred).
• 1+ year of copywriting experience (preferred).
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write within brand standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in multifamily or real estate marketing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Comfortable with repetition and production workflows.
• Organized and deadline-focused.
• Open to feedback and revisions.
