About the Role
- A fast-paced team with significant growth potential within a leading Private Equity Fund in NYC.
- The role will function as a "mini-CFO" and collaborate closely with the deal team to support transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the valuation process for portfolio companies.
- Prepare and review valuation models and supporting schedules.
- Actively participate in deal closing processes for new investments and add-on acquisitions.
- Support the preparation and review of capital call and distribution notices, waterfall calculations, and related investor allocations across the fund complex.
- Assist in tracking fund-level cash activity, including capital call funding, credit facility draws/paydowns, and distribution mechanics.
- Contribute to investor reporting deliverables and responses to investor due diligence questionnaires.
- Assist with special projects, including new fund launches and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
