Management Trainee

About the Role

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This well-structured program provides in-depth knowledge of the business through hands-on rotations. The position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain experience in various business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, preparing for career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Hold an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
