About the Role
Wyreflow Technologies is looking for motivated candidates to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹3,000/month
- Work Mode: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Screen candidates for technical roles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Assess candidates’ communication skills and basic technical understanding.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Support client-based recruitment projects and maintain candidate records.
