About the Role
Eduaxs Solutions is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Freelance Career & Education Counsellor. This is a remote freelance opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online counselling sessions to understand individual goals, interests, and strengths.
- Guide candidates towards suitable courses, institutions, and career paths.
- Provide guidance on skill development, employability, and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate counselling and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in virtual seminars, webinars, or workshops as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior professional experience is compulsory.
- Experience can be from any industry, background, or department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.
Qualifications
- Candidates with a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related fields.
- Experienced professionals with strong communication and people-handling skills from any industry or department.
- Professionals returning to work after a career break.
- Psychology or Education background is an advantage, not mandatory.
- Career counselling certification is an advantage, not mandatory.
