Warehouse Associate

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. This role involves handling daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to defined SOPs.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage order fulfilment for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C channels.
• Coordinate with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart for timely order fulfilment and replenishment.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing inventory, near-expiry products, and batch-wise inventory.
• Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and dispatch personnel.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure workforce efficiency.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and platform logistics teams.
• Monitor dispatch schedules, shipment tracking, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload materials, organize inventory, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Pack products securely, label and stage pallets, and ensure accurate documentation for shipping and receiving.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality standards.
