About the Role
Calculated Hire is a workforce solutions and consulting firm. As a Recruiter, you will connect top professionals with opportunities, helping clients solve critical workforce challenges. You will build relationships with candidates, partner with the sales team, and create an exceptional recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
- Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals
- Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
