Talent Acquisition Intern

About The Role

Prophet is a global brand and growth consultancy. Our People team attracts, hires, and develops talent. This summer, we are looking for a Recruiting Intern to join us. You will support active searches, contribute to how Prophet engages with candidates and on campus, and help build programs for intern engagement.

Your Day to Day

• Full-cycle recruiting support: Work alongside recruiters and hiring managers on active searches, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding preparation.
• Candidate coordination & pipeline management: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Intern program & pre-arrival programming: Design and execute touchpoints, communications, and engagement moments for incoming interns.
• Employer branding & recruitment marketing: Support initiatives that shape Prophet's perception as an employer, including social content, job posting copy, and materials for career fairs and campus events.
• Campus recruiting for fall: Partner with campus teams to develop recruiting materials and plan fall events.
• Recruiting operations & reporting: Track referral program activity, prepare hiring metrics and reports, and provide project support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What You Bring

• A rising senior pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, including professional writing and direct engagement with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Curiosity about talent and people, focusing on the "why" behind the process.
• Desire for ownership and excited to deliver on real projects.

Location

• New York City
• Hybrid - 4 days per week in office

Salary

• $27/hr

Note: This internship is available for rising seniors with a graduation date of Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
