Technology analyst

About the Role

The Technology Analyst role involves designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite.
• Create and manage personalized customer communications for email, SMS, print, web, and mobile channels.
• Develop templates, forms, customer correspondence, statements, notices, invoices, and marketing communications.
• Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Automation, and Scaler components.
• Integrate customer data from CRM, ERP, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Implement dynamic content, business rules, personalization, and conditional messaging.
• Support campaign execution and customer journey communication requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, product, and technology teams to understand communication needs.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture.
• Understanding of performance engineering.
• Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques.
• Basic understanding of project domain.
• Ability to translate functional / non-functional requirements to systems requirements.
• Ability to design and code complex programs.
• Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate.
