About the Role
ITMC Systems, Inc is hiring an Engineering Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen engineering candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates’ technical skills, domain experience, and qualifications.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates’ experience, availability, and other job-related requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to the recruiting team or clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&E)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (E&C)
- Strong interest in technical and engineering recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate-screening skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
Preference: Onsite
Preferred Industry / Domain Experience:
Experience in recruiting for any of the following domains is preferred:
- Automotive
- Oil & Gas (O&G)
- FMCG
- Medical Devices
- Aerospace
- Electronics
