About the Role

The Volunteer role at HYRGPT By Rhohyve AI Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Volunteers will support day-to-day operations related to talent technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with data organization.
• Documenting product workflows.
• Helping prepare materials for talent assessments and learning programs.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Supporting basic research on talent and learning trends.
• Providing feedback on platform features from a user perspective.
• Helping with event or workshop logistics.
• Maintaining clear records of activities.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery of projects and experiments.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform structured research, organize information clearly, and document basic processes or workflows.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms.
• Interest in AI, HR tech, talent acquisition, or learning and development is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good time management.
• Reliability in handling assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

• Prior internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
