Product Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
• Work with development to create runbooks.
• Automate routine tasks using Python or similar scripting languages.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of AWS operations.
• Work with various databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift to manage data storage.
• Work closely with product development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and external use.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of AWS services and terminology.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
