About the Role

The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Associate will support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in managing projects related to transport air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in managing projects related to transport air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Support client communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and service teams to monitor project progress.
• Address basic issues.
• Help maintain quality and delivery standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation software).
• Solid attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Basic technical aptitude or interest in mechanical, automotive, or HVAC systems, especially in transport or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.

• Professional and inclusive approach in team settings.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g., engineering, technology, business, or a related field) is preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, transport, HVAC, or logistics is an advantage.
