Outside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
- Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
- Performing virtual and in-field presentations to prospects.
- Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.

Qualifications
- Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses.
- Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work).
- Recognition and incentives including an annual President’s Club Trip.
- Clear career path in both leadership and sales with high potential for promotions.
- 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support.
- Partnership in digital marketing offerings with Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft.

- Year 1 on-target earnings between $93,000-$113,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
- Year 2 on-target earnings between $125,000-$144,000.
