Key Responsibilities

• Works on-site within the Project Management Team.
• Responsible for contract setup.
• Responsible for submittals.
• Assists with the bid package process.
• Assists with change orders.
• Assists with the scheduling of the project.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• The Project Engineer must be a flexible and adaptable team-player.
• Must have strong communication and client service skills.
• Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.

Qualifications

• 0-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
• 0-3 years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings.
• Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.
• 0-3 years of experience with project close out.
