About the Role
Insight Global is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs throughout Chester County, PA. This is an opportunity for professionals interested in education, behavioral health, special education, ABA, caregiving, or student support services.
Position Details
- Multiple locations throughout Chester County
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Immediate openings through the end of the school year with potential for future renewals.
Compensation
- PCA: $18-$20/hr
- RBT: $20-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or classroom support to students.
- Assist with behavior management and student engagement.
- Support classroom participation and daily activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff.
- Maintain documentation and student progress records.
- Provide personal care support when required.
- Help create a safe, supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Experience working with children, caregiving, education, behavioral health, special education, or disability support is preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Active RBT Certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, behavioral needs, or developmental disabilities is preferred.
