Milwaukee (Oak Creek) Car Detailer (FT)

About the Role

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis.
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability tests, and proper display of all company and state disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling.
• Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Requires use of safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments).
• Requires frequent driving and some typing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Compensation

• Competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr.
• Pay Range: $15-$16 hourly.
• Performance-based pay increases through the Careers Not Jobs program.
• PTO, paid holidays, and your birthday is a holiday.
