About the Role
- Position: HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES (FULL TIME)
- Company: Crothall Healthcare
- Location: AdventHealth Apopka - 2100 Ocoee Apopka Road, Apopka, FL 32703
- Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, with hours varying by position (6:00 pm to 2:00 am or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm).
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities.
- Disinfects surfaces using provided chemicals.
- Dusts and polishes furniture, fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
- Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
- Moves furniture and equipment for proper cleaning and realigns them according to recommended layout.
- Cleans floors, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
- Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
- Performs routine cleaning on trash and biohazardous waste containers.
- Replenishes supplies such as soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
- Maintains equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
- Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No prior experience required; willing to train.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
