The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in King of Prussia, PA. The position involves generating new business through prospecting, building strong client relationships, and selling tailored commercial cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Conduct site walkthroughs and presentations
• Prepare proposals
• Close deals
• Follow up to keep clients happy

Compensation

• $55,000 to $80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Drive to find new opportunities and grow the client base
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management
• High school diploma or higher; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Experience

• Sales or account management experience is a plus. Motivated new salespeople are welcome to apply, and training is provided.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services is a plus.
