About the Role

Citi's Full Time Technology Analyst Program offers forward-thinking talents unparalleled opportunities to innovate, influence, and make an impact on one of the world's largest financial institutions. This 2-year program begins in July with a robust training component and features rotational assignments designed to build a broad skillset and accelerate career growth. Analysts will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies, supporting testing cycles, and participating in peer code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quality and scalable software solutions in an agile environment.

• Offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Utilize appropriate tools to test and debug code to ensure defect-free programming.
• Participate in the review of peer coding.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech-related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges.
• Ability to leverage Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.
• Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Must be collaborative and adaptable.
• Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Back-End Development: Java, Python, Spring Framework

• Annual Salary: $80,000
• Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00
