About the Role
RESIDENT ASSISTANT - THE EVERGREENS
Employment Type & Shifts
- Full-Time (80 hours/pay period)
- AM Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
- Part-Time With Benefits (64 hours/pay period)
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
- Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
- AM Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
All shifts include working every other weekend & holiday rotation

Starting Pay
Starting at $18.51/hour + shift & weekend differentials
What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities
- Administer medications and follow individualized care plans
- Help with meals, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
- Build trusting relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
- Accompany residents to appointments and community outings
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18+
- Must pass a caregiver background check
- Must meet training requirements
Qualifications
- Kind, dependable individuals with strong communication skills
- Experience in RCAC/CBRF or caring for older adults is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and support residents with diverse needs
