UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team and learn from experienced designers. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about user experience to gain hands-on experience in a professional design environment. As a Design Intern, you will work closely with senior designers on real projects, learning about the design process from research to implementation. You will contribute to product features while developing your skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
• Help maintain and contribute to design systems
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Create visual designs and mockups
• Document design decisions and processes

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Basic understanding of design principles and user experience
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and take feedback
• Passion for learning and improving design skills
• Portfolio showing design process and thinking

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, or related field
