About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Support participants with personal hygiene.
- Assist individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants integrate into the community and engage in their favorite activities.
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Communication skills.
- Adaptability.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Teamwork.
- Time-management skills.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
