About the Role

The Owner role at GAO RFID Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division, overseeing overall business operations, strategic direction, and organizational performance. The Owner will be responsible for defining long-term business goals, guiding market expansion, and ensuring alignment between product development, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial performance
• Managing key partnerships
• Supervising senior leaders
• Making decisions on investments, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Supervising quality and compliance initiatives
• Assessing risks and opportunities
• Ensuring products and services meet company standards for innovation and reliability
• Representing the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team oversight.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Background in technology, electronics, or RFID-related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive growth initiatives, manage change, and build scalable processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in leading a technology-focused organization.
• Experience working with global customers and partners; familiarity with international markets is an asset.
