About the Role

First DigiAdd is a growing digital marketing company. The Social Media Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment with mentorship and opportunities to learn industry tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Schedule posts.
• Monitor social media channels.
• Respond to audience interactions.
• Support campaign execution.
• Perform basic performance tracking.
• Research trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas for social media growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills.
• Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Ability to learn quickly, follow brand guidelines, and adapt to evolving trends.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
