About the Role

The Project Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role will support project planning and execution, track progress against timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to help maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Effective Communication skills to facilitate clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Project Management abilities to assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
• Training skills to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and internal process adoption.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
