About the Role

Industry Ready Academy is a training and professional development organization. This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training participants.
• Generate leads.
• Conduct market research.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions.
• Engage with potential clients and explain program offerings.
• Support sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Contribute to feedback collection and reporting to refine products and outreach strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in client interactions and follow-ups.
• Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Experience with lead generation activities, including outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bhubaneswar.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or education/training services is an advantage.
