About the Role

Notion Press is India’s largest publishing platform for independent authors. We are expanding our presence into Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE. At Notion Press, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, publishing, and creativity, helping authors turn their ideas into books that inspire readers everywhere.

What You'll Do

• Speak with aspiring authors who have registered on the Notion Press platform
• Understand their book ideas, goals, and publishing needs
• Recommend the right publishing solutions for them
• Guide authors through the publishing process
• Build trust and long-term relationships with authors
• Achieve sales targets consistently while maintaining a high-quality author experience

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales / consulting
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email
• Good spoken and written English
• Confident, curious, and enjoy solving problems
• Motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth
• Can work independently and take ownership of your results

Bonus

• Speak multiple languages
• Enjoy reading books, writing, or creative conversations
• Have worked in sales or client-facing roles before
