Trainee, Fuel Operations

About the Role

Repos Energy is looking for a proactive and organized Fuel Operations Trainee to support day-to-day fuel operations for Karnataka. The role involves coordinating with customers, delivery partners, operators, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely fuel deliveries, and accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fuel orders and ensure timely order execution.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and status updates.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and operators to track vehicle movement and delivery progress.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, or failed deliveries and escalate issues when required.
• Verify order details, including quantity, delivery location, and payment status.
• Coordinate with finance and billing teams for payment follow-ups.
• Assist with invoices, challans, proof of delivery (POD), and other operational documentation.
• Update order and delivery details in internal systems, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily MIS updates.
• Support customer query resolution and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of orders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory, along with basic English and Hindi communication skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain data accuracy, and solve basic operational issues.
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment at Pune Head Office.
• Basic understanding of Karnataka geography is preferred.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with exposure to operations, logistics, supply chain, customer coordination, order management, or delivery tracking will be preferred.

Key Expectations: The candidate should ensure timely coordination between customers and delivery partners, accurate system updates, proactive follow-ups, and smooth execution of daily fuel orders.

Important: This position is based at Repos Energy’s Pune Head Office and supports Karnataka operations.
