About the Role

Full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of Antyoday Multistate Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. The CFO oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
• Supervising financial reporting.
• Monitoring cash flow and liquidity.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant cooperative and financial regulations.
• Managing finance teams.
• Implementing internal controls.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, risk management, and capital planning.
• Preparing reports for the board.
• Engaging with auditors and regulators.
• Recommending improvements to financial systems and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience preparing and reviewing balance sheets, income statements, and regulatory reports.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support decision-making.
• Extensive experience in financial management within banking, cooperative societies, NBFCs, or related financial services sectors.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including managing finance teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to boards, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent advanced finance degree are highly desirable.
