About the Role
The Ticket Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The specialist will handle ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations across various travel platforms, ensuring accurate information and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Recommend suitable travel options.
- Process payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, verify schedules, and confirm bookings.
- Provide courteous, solution-oriented support.
- Meet sales and service targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with booking systems.
- Communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with computers, office software, and online booking tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills.
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel industry practices, ticketing procedures, and reservation platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in ticketing, travel agencies, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
